We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Can I add a different delivery address to my order?
Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in the UK that is different to your billing address. When you reach the ‘Delivery Address’ section of the checkout process, simply click on ‘Add a new address’.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
If you wish to send items to several addresses you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Do you deliver to Post Office boxes or Aramex addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses.
Do you Deliver to non-residential addresses?
Deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and jooi will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.
What are the delivery charges?

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders of £35 and over. For orders under £35 there is a £3.95 P&P charge.
Can I get next day delivery?
If you are in a hurry, we offer next delivery on any order made before 3pm through our DPD Express Next Day service. There is a £6.50 P&P charge for this service.
Is the packaging discrete?
Absolutely! Your parcel is delivered in a plain brown box with no logo or indication as to the contents.
Can I track my order?
All orders are fully insured and trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details.
All packages require a signature upon delivery. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. So, if you wish to return the item, within 30 days of receiving your order, you can. Due to the nature of the products there are some items that are not eligible for return. Click HERE for full details of products that cannot be returned.

What items are not eligible for return?
Due to nature of the products, we can only accept items which have their security seal intact and not have been used or removed from their packaging.
We are unable to refund or exchange the following products (unless they are faulty)
All sex toys, where the packaging / box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How will I know that you have received my return?
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed.
Yes. Any items that are returned are sent back at your expense unless they are being returned due to them being faulty when we cover the postage costs (See Faulty Item Policy HERE). We would recommend that you use a trackable / insured delivery method as you are responsible for ensuring that the package arrives in its original condition and we are not liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Sorry we cannot accept COD returns.
Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt is not eligible for refund.
Can I get a refund on sale / promotion items?
Items on sale or promotion items can be only be exchanged or a credit note issued.
How are refunds processed?
We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy . We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser’s payment card, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds may only be requested by the person who originally placed the order and will be processed via the original payment method.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse please allow up to 5 working days to receive your refund confirmation email. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
