As soon as your order ships we we’ll send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your tracking information.
We do not ship Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If for any reason we require additional information to fully process your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, (Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland). We do not deliver to PO Box numbers of BFPO addresses. For international deliveries please contact our Customer Services Team.
We deliver orders to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Deliveries (£3.95)
This provides a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery and takes between 2-3 working days.
You’ll receive email / SMS notifications from Royal Mail (if you’ve signed up to receive them) with updates on your order. You will be notified on the morning that the parcel will arrive.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives it will be kept at the local depot for 7 days. After 7 days the parcel is returned to us.
Delivery Costs for packages over 2kg (£6.95)
All orders weighing over 2kg will be sent by DPD Express Next Day delivery. DPD will contact you by text or email to notify you of your delivery time and date. If this is not convenient you have the option to change it. DPD will attempt delivery 3 times – if they are still unsuccessful after this time the parcel is returned back to us.
How to track your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details.
From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website.
Please note, we may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.

Signing for your order
We want to keep your order safe and sound until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If you decide to waive the signature with the delivery company by asking them to leave in a safe place, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Discretion is our middle name! Rest assured your parcel won’t be identifiable as from JOOI and will be shipped in a brown box with no indication as to the contents.
